1. About these terms

These terms of service are a legal agreement between you and Cerchdisti Media Ltd, company number 14 892 037, of 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). They apply to cerchdisti.com and all of its pages. We may amend them at any time by posting a revised version; the version in force is the one published when you access the site.

2. The service we provide

We publish promotional articles and product reviews about home improvement, doors and glazing sold in the United Kingdom. Access is free of charge. We do not sell goods, we do not process payments, and we do not provide installation or advisory services. All purchases are made with third-party retailers on their own terms.

We may change, suspend, restrict or withdraw all or any part of the site without notice and without liability. We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Commercial nature of the content

All content on this site is promotional. Articles are paid advertising features and product links are affiliate or paid placement links from which we earn a commission. Ratings, scores, quotations and first-person accounts are opinions expressed within a commercial context. They are not independent certification, not a substitute for your own research, and not a warranty as to the performance of any product.

4. No advice and no warranty of accuracy

Content is provided for general information only. Technical figures such as the 1.4 W/m²K U-value, the 1805 × 2105mm structural opening, security ratings and compliance statements are reproduced from supplier material and may change or contain errors. Prices and lead times are indicative and are set by the retailer. Nothing here is architectural, structural, building-control, legal, tax or financial advice, and you must not rely on it as such. Obtain professional advice before ordering or installing building products.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• copy, republish, distribute or commercially exploit our editorial content, design or branding beyond short attributed quotations;

Product photography and third-party trade marks remain the property of their owners and are used to identify and illustrate the products discussed. Nothing on this site grants you any licence other than the limited right to view it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Third-party sites

Outbound links are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, their availability or their handling of your data. Your dealings with any retailer, including the terms of sale, delivery, guarantees and dispute resolution, are solely between you and that retailer.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations relating to the site. We will not be liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, remedial or reinstatement costs, project delay, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including a consumer's statutory rights.

10. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms do not create any partnership, agency or employment relationship, and no third party may enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
